On Thursday, January 23rd, Intire will host its fourth CSRD roundtable discussing the challenges around ESG data and software.
What will we discuss?
One of the biggest challenges in complying with CSRD is data collection. Many organizations are looking for the most effective approach to collecting sustainability data and how best to use software to successfully address the challenges of CSRD compliance (and more). Next to a group discussion among participants, Thijs de Rooij (Heijmans) will present a case study about Heijmans’ approach to ESG software and data.
Thijs de Rooij is an ESG Reporting Advisor at Heijmans, where he integrates ESG themes within Heijman’s reporting and performance management, including compliance with the CSRD and EU taxonomy. Thijs focuses on collecting and validating ESG data so it can be translated into strategic sustainability KPIs and was part of an ESG software selection in 2024 to choose a suitable Sustainability Management System for Heijmans.
Why participate?
During an interactive session, we will learn from each other and find out market best practices.
At the end of the session, you will have a clear idea of which approach is suitable for your organization, and which role you play in this approach.
Questions we will address include:
- How do you establish good CSRD data collection governance?
- Should you invest in a new system for collecting and reporting CSRD data, or is it better to integrate it with your current landscape?
- What are the experiences of organizations with a sustainability management system?
