Social due diligence is becoming increasingly complex. Not because of a single new obligation, but due to the combined effect of regulations such as the CSRD, ESRS, the EU Taxonomy, SFDR and the EU Forced Labour Regulation. As a result, many organisations work in silos and end up duplicating efforts.
From March 2026 onwards, Intire will organise a broader series of sessions focused on Social Due Diligence. These sessions zoom in on specific elements of SDD and translate regulatory requirements into concrete choices and practical application.
The series kicks off with an expert-led training: Social Due Diligence: From Compliance Complexity to Strategic Clarity. This training is split into two parts. On 9 March, the focus is on the theoretical framework and the interconnection between the different EU regulations. On 17 March, the emphasis shifts to practical translation, with attention to real-world application and feasibility.

Deep Dive 1 on SDD: Salience Assessment (Intire office) | 22 April 2026
An increasing number of European regulations require organisations to actively identify and address human rights risks in their value chains. Examples include the EU Taxonomy, the Forced Labour Regulation, the AI Act and the CSDDD. This training helps clarify the difference between double materiality for reporting and salience assessment for prioritisation in due diligence, and shows how to apply both effectively in practice.
In an intensive half-day session, you will learn how to identify, assess and prioritise human rights impacts, how to use evidence and stakeholder input, and how to design a workable salience methodology that fits your organisation. You will leave with concrete tools, templates and a clear understanding of how regulation and implementation come together.
Time: 9:30–13:30
Fee: €599
Who should attend: Professionals responsible for sustainability, compliance, risk, legal affairs and supply chains.
Deep Dive 2 on SDD: Implementation of Findings (Intire office) | 27 May 2026
Many companies have completed assessments but struggle with the next step: implementation. In this half-day session, you will learn how to translate findings into feasible action plans, effective measures in the value chain, and robust documentation for legislation such as the CSDDD and the EU Forced Labour Regulation.
The focus is on prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, dealing with limited leverage in the value chain, and demonstrating progress. Through practical frameworks, sector-specific examples and peer exchange, you will leave with tools that can be applied immediately.
Time: 9:30–13:30
Fee: €599
Who should attend: Sustainability managers, compliance and risk professionals, supply chain managers, and anyone responsible for human rights due diligence.
The How of Grievance Mechanisms (Intire office) | 30 June 2026
New European legislation makes grievance mechanisms and remediation processes no longer optional. With the EU Forced Labour Regulation and stricter due diligence requirements, organisations must have robust grievance mechanisms in place to identify risks in the value chain at an early stage and prevent sanctions or reputational damage.
In this intensive half-day training, you will learn how to design and operate effective grievance mechanisms that meet international standards and European legislation. Topics include accessibility for vulnerable groups, governance, confidentiality, appropriate remediation and measuring effectiveness.
Time: 9:30–13:30
Fee: €599
Who should attend: Professionals in sustainability, compliance, HR, supply chain and operations who are responsible for setting up or improving grievance and remediation processes within their organisation.
