Integrated Dashboarding

Integrated Dashboarding Workshop with CXO Software

On August 15th (already full) and September 10th (still a few free spots) Intire will organize two workshops on Integrated Dashboarding. In this workshop you will learn and experience how to develop and implement an integrated dashboard using CXO software. This workshop is meant for reporting professionals, sustainability professionals, business controllers and others involved in providing management information to steer on. Management information has shown to be an important driver towards more integrated thinking and decision making.

Track Objective

During our annual event The Future of Corporate Reporting, Esther de Graaf from Intire and Piet Briët from Royal FloraHolland presented the results of a broad research regarding the SDGs. The main challenges we discovered as a result of this research, were building the business case, creating the internal support, measuring the performance, defining the KPI's, and integrating the SDGs into the strategy.

This Fast Track SDG Strategy aims to give both a theoretical framework and practical advise to engage with the SDGs in a strategic way. Our aim is to get more companies up to speed with the SDGs and help them overcome the challenges they face in order to get to effective engagement.

The program consists of 3 workshops in which theoretical background and tools will be provided. We will also practice to apply these tools on your own organization. In between the workshops you will continue to apply the provided theory and tools to your organization. With the help of our optional coaching, you work towards a tangible result for your organization, such as a strategy document, a scenario analyses or a value creation model tailored to your own situation
